Mantria Update #1

As many investors are already aware, an Open House will be held at Mantria Place on December 7, 2009 for prospective system buyers. Merril Rowe has recently sent us emails to request financial support to operate Mantria Place during this event. Any contributions will help if you are able. Also, I believe that your contributions will be reimbursed immediately contigent upon the sale of a system. Please contact me (bgreinke@live.com) if you have not received Merril's emails. Many investors have already made or pledged contributions. These efforts are a good indication that Mantria Investors are beginning to organize and unify.

The outcome of this System Sales Event will certainly affect our investments. The bottom line is that if Mantria is not able to sell one of their systems, there may be no significant funds available to operate Mantria Place during the trial with the SEC. Without short-term operating funds it will be difficult to produce Biochar and solicit future system sales. And, consequently, our investments will be in jeopardy. However, if just one system is sold, enough proceeds will be generated to keep Mantria Place running for approximately one year. This will support biochar sales, future system sales, and should preserve our investments for the same time period.
(Please note that Earthmate, the manufacturer of our systems, is not included in the SEC's case verses Mantria. Earthmate is free to manufacture as many systems, as necessary. Also, the SEC will allow Mantria to continue their sales efforts and operations at Mantria Place.)

Approximately 13 potential customers will be present during this Open House. Troy Wragg is confident that Mantria can make a sale! Please check the Blog next week for updates on this event.
